Evolution of Governance at NSE
NSE Group, a specialist in high-tech electronic equipment, announces changes to its governance. Agnès Estramon has been appointed Vice-Chair of the Supervisory Board. With forty years of experience at KPMG, her appointment will be ratified at the Annual General Meeting on June 24, 2025. The Board also includes Stéphane Mayer, Chairman, and François Lacoste.
Jérôme Fabre becomes Chairman of the Executive Board, succeeding Alain Rocher. An engineer by training, Fabre has an international career, notably at Eramet. The Executive Board also includes Alain Rocher and Laurent Debaret. The NSE Group, active in defense, aeronautics, and other sectors, continues its growth with revenue of €103.6 million in 2024.
