Augustin de Romanet Joins Edenred's Board as Director

On October 23, 2025, Edenred's Board of Directors appointed Augustin de Romanet as a director following the resignation of Thierry Delaporte. This decision was based on recommendations from the Compensation, Appointments, and CSR Committee. De Romanet, considered an independent director under AFEP/MEDEF Code guidelines, brings extensive experience from roles including Chairman & CEO and previous governmental positions.

His co-option, supporting a balanced board regarding gender and international expertise, will be submitted for ratification until 2028 at the General Meeting scheduled for May 7, 2026. The Board comprises 13 members, ensuring 81.8% independence and 45.5% female representation among eligible directors.
