Kelly Richdale Joins Edenred's Board of Directors

Edenred has appointed Kelly Richdale to its Board of Directors following the resignation of Monica Mondardini. Effective immediately, Richdale's co-option aims to maintain the board's gender and international diversity. As recommended by the Compensation, Appointments, and CSR Committee, this decision aligns with the board's independence criteria based on the AFEP/MEDEF Code.

Richdale offers expertise in technologies like artificial intelligence and blockchain. Her experience includes roles at A4Vision, ID Quantique, and Libra. She is also involved with SandboxAQ, Assura, and Amadeus Capital Partners. Her term will continue until the General Meeting in 2029. The board consists of 13 members, 45.5% women and 90.9% independent directors.
