EEII AG Cancels Extraordinary General Meeting
On March 24, 2026, EEII AG announced the cancellation of its Extraordinary General Meeting originally scheduled for March 26, 2026. The cancellation follows the decision by the board of directors to postpone the reverse takeover of Jubin Frères S.A. The company cited unmet prerequisites for the meeting as the reason for the postponement.
The valuation of Jubin Frères S.A. has already been validated by an external auditor, and SIX has approved the prospectus. However, the completion of the reverse takeover is delayed until May 2026, pending resolution of outstanding issues. These include shareholder approval and the execution of definitive agreements, among others.
