EEII AG Successfully Increases Share Capital

EEII AG has successfully increased its share capital following an Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting in Zug. Shareholders approved a capital raise by up to 112,676 new shares, each with a nominal value of CHF 14.20, totaling a maximum of CHF 1,599,999.20. As of today, 103,991 new shares have been issued, raising CHF 1,476,672.20. The new shares will not be listed immediately. This boosts EEII AG's nominal share capital from CHF 10,845,321.00 to CHF 12,321,993.20.

The new shares have been allocated to SEBRINA HOLDING SUISSE SA in exchange for settling its claims against EEII AG. This allocation accounts for the bulk of the newly issued shares, with SEBRINA subscribing to 103,991 shares. The capital increase has been officially registered in the commercial register.
