Eiffage Begins Construction on Grand Paris Nord Campus

Eiffage, via its subsidiary Eiffage Construction, has initiated construction on the Grand Paris Nord campus' university hub in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine. This development follows a 17-month design-study and site-preparation phase throughout 2025, keeping pace with the original timeline.

Initiated by EPAURIF and contracted by Paris-Cité University, the project holds a value of €397 million, with Eiffage contributing €369 million. This contract encompasses the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of the campus, involving collaboration with the architects PCA-STREAM and Michel Rémon & Associés, alongside design consultants Ingérop, WSP, and OASIIS.

The campus, covering nearly 77,000 m2, will boast four buildings centered on teaching and research. Full delivery is anticipated in the third quarter of 2029.
