EIFFAGE: Information on Share Capital and Voting Rights
EIFFAGE, listed on Euronext Paris, has published its monthly share capital figures. As of August 31, 2025, EIFFAGE's share capital consisted of 98,000,000 shares. The total theoretical voting rights amounted to 120,315,517. These rights include shares with double voting rights, according to Article 30 of the company's articles of association.
EIFFAGE imposes a statutory threshold reporting clause. Any shareholder reaching or exceeding 1% of the capital or rights must inform the company within fifteen days. This obligation also applies in the event of a decrease in the stake below this threshold.
