EIFFAGE: Information on voting rights and shares in September 2025

The Eiffage Group has provided a monthly update on the total voting rights and shares comprising its share capital, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation. As of September 30, 2025, Eiffage SA, listed on Euronext Paris (Compartment A), had a total of 98 million shares comprising its share capital. This figure is accompanied by a total of 120,294,312 theoretical voting rights.

Voting rights include shares that benefit from double voting after two years of continuous registration in registered form. In addition, Article 9 of the company's articles of association requires notification to the company of any crossing, either upwards or downwards, of holding thresholds of 1% of the capital or voting rights. This obligation extends to each multiple of this percentage.
