EIFFAGE: Monthly Information on Voting Rights and Capital

Eiffage, listed on the Euronext Paris market, compartment A, has published data relating to the total number of voting rights and shares constituting its share capital for the month of February 2025. The share capital amounts to 98,000,000 shares, corresponding to 119,577,163 theoretical voting rights. These rights include shares benefiting from double voting rights under Article 30 of the Articles of Association.

In accordance with Article 9 of the Articles of Association, any person, natural or legal, reaching or crossing participation thresholds set at 1% or multiples thereof, must inform the company. This measure also applies in the event of reductions in participation below the thresholds mentioned.
