Eiffage Secures €132 Million Contracts in Healthcare Sector

Eiffage has been awarded contracts totaling €132 million in the healthcare sector through its subsidiaries. These include works for the new medical-technical platform at Angers University Hospital and the Avallon hospital centre.

The Angers University Hospital project, valued at nearly €109 million, involves Eiffage Construction handling structural, building envelope, and finishing works. Eiffage Énergie Systèmes will manage ventilation and electrical systems. This five-storey facility aims for HQE Excellent certification, with completion by 2029.

For the Avallon hospital centre, Eiffage Construction leads a consortium for the €31 million project. The 9,676 m² building will adhere to RE2020 regulations. Construction starts in 2027, with a 2028 completion target.

These contracts strengthen Eiffage's role in healthcare infrastructure, emphasizing sustainability and innovation.
