Graphique de l'évolution du cours de l'action EIFFAGE (EPA:FGR).

Eiffage, in consortium, has won contracts to build waste-to-energy facilities in Limoges and Grenoble, totaling €393 million, with Eiffage's portion close to €162 million. The Limoges project, valued at €148 million, involves a consortium led by Soval, a Veolia subsidiary, including Eiffage Génie Civil and architects HOBO. Eiffage Génie Civil will handle foundational and structural work, while Eiffage Énergie Systèmes will oversee energy equipment. The Limoges facility will process 95,000 tonnes of waste annually, generating significant energy output, with work beginning in early 2027 and completion by 2029.

In Grenoble, Eiffage leads a consortium backed by local authorities for a €77 million project, and holds a €62 million share. Eiffage Énergie Systèmes, partnering with Keppel Seghers, manages the energy-recovery package. The new facility, built on an existing site, will process 165,000 tonnes of waste annually. The developed energy will support local heat networks, with commissioning expected by 2029. These contracts reinforce Eiffage's reputation in waste-to-energy infrastructure, complementing ongoing projects across France.
