EIFFAGE Unveils its Capital Position for March 2025

EIFFAGE SA, a company listed on Euronext Paris, has published details of its share capital as of March 14, 2025. In total, the company has 98,000,000 shares, each with voting rights. The number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 119,455,663, including shares with dual voting rights, in accordance with the articles of association stipulating this rule for registered shares held for more than two years.

The regulation imposes a reporting obligation for capital thresholds. Any person or entity reaching or exceeding 1% of the capital or its multiples must notify EIFFAGE in writing within fifteen days.
