Port of Marseille Fos Awards Eiffage-led Consortium New Headquarters Project
The Port of Marseille Fos has finalized a contract with an Eiffage-led consortium for the development of its new headquarters. This partnership involves financing, designing, constructing, and maintaining the facility.
The €120 million project will establish a modern headquarters and training institute encompassing a total floor area of 8,800 m2. Scheduled to be completed by 2028, the building aims to secure BDM Argent and HQE Excellent certifications. The accompanying property development endeavor will rejuvenate adjacent land, including heritage hangar renovations.
Once completed by 2030, the site will offer office space, a port center, museum areas, and more, all covering 16,600 m2.
The initiative underscores the port's commitment to modernity and development. Eiffage's role in financing underlines mutual trust in this comprehensive project.
