Status of voting rights and shares of Eiffage in May 2026

Eiffage SA, listed on Euronext Paris, published its monthly report on June 2, 2026, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF regulations. The press release indicates that, as of May 31, 2026, the company's share capital consisted of 98 million shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 119,424,906.

The calculation of voting rights takes into account shares with double voting rights, in accordance with Article 30 of the Articles of Association, as well as those without voting rights. Article 9 imposes a strict obligation to declare any crossing of a threshold, at a rate of 1% or multiples thereof, with notification to the company within fifteen days.
