ENCAVIS Secures €135 Million Financing for Aragón Portfolio Acquisition

ENCAVIS, a prominent European Independent Power Producer, has secured a €135 million project financing for the Aragón portfolio. Located near Zaragoza, Spain, the portfolio includes three wind farms producing approximately 142 MW and two photovoltaic plants totaling 57 MW, offering a total capacity of 199 MW.

The financing was organized by ENCAVIS' internal team and backed by a banking consortium including Rabobank, NORD/LB, and Siemens Financial Services. This collaboration supports ENCAVIS' sustainable financing strategy, highlighting confidence in their risk management and business model.

The financing package includes a €117 million term facility maturing in 2044, a €5 million debt service reserve facility, and a €13 million LC facility.
