Electric Metals (USA) Limited has announced the launch of a Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) for the Emily Manganese Project in Minnesota. This marks a critical step in establishing a domestic supply of high-purity manganese essential to the United States' energy infrastructure and national security.

The assessment, conducted by Forte Dynamics, Inc., will explore the technical and economic feasibility of the project, including mining methods, infrastructure needs, and environmental compliance. The key milestones include geological analysis updates, technical assessments, and financial metrics evaluation, aiming for a Q2 2025 completion.

CEO Brian Savage highlighted that this project supports US energy independence and strengthens the country's national security. The Emily Project promises to fill a vital supply chain gap and promote environmental sustainability.
