Call for the Ordinary General Meeting of Electricité de Strasbourg
On May 14, 2025, Électricité de Strasbourg will hold its Ordinary General Meeting at its registered office. Shareholders will be invited to deliberate on several agenda items. The 2024 activity report and consolidated financial statements will be presented. Approval of the 2024 financial statements is planned, showing a profit of €30,433,897.51, with a dividend of €11 per share to be paid starting June 3, 2025.
The appointment of an auditor to certify sustainability information is also on the agenda. Approvals regarding executive and director compensation will be discussed. The Board of Directors encourages shareholder participation, subject to the required prior formalities.
