Electricité de Strasbourg: Details on voting rights at the General Meeting
Electricité de Strasbourg has announced the number of voting rights for the Ordinary General Meeting to be held on June 4, 2026. In accordance with Article L.233-8 of the French Commercial Code, the company specified that 13,978,459 voting rights were available. These rights corresponded to 7,169,386 shares constituting the share capital.
The existence of double voting rights influenced this count, in accordance with Law No. 2014-384 of March 29, 2014, which allows certain shares to have greater decision-making power. This structure is common in companies, offering more control to loyal shareholders.
