Notice of the General Meeting of Electricity and Water of Madagascar

Shareholders of Electricité et Eaux de Madagascar are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting on June 22, 2026. This meeting will be held at 2:30 p.m. in the Friedland Room of the Hôtel Napoléon in Paris. At this meeting, participants will discuss the agenda and draft resolutions published in the legal bulletin no. 55 dated May 8, 2026.

Shareholders will be able to consult the Board of Directors' reports concerning these resolutions. These documents will be available no later than 21 days before the Meeting. This meeting is an opportunity to discuss and vote on the Company's future direction.
