Electrovaya Concludes Annual Shareholders Meeting with Key Approvals
Electrovaya Inc., a Toronto-based lithium-ion battery technology company, successfully concluded its 2025 Annual General Meeting on February 27, 2026. During this meeting, all proposed resolutions were approved by shareholders. Six directors were elected with a vote approval exceeding 98.7%. Notably, Dr. Raj Das Gupta received the highest approval with 99.92% of votes in favor.
