Eleving Group Announces Alternative Shareholder Verification Method
Eleving Group S.A. has unveiled a new method for verifying shareholder eligibility at its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 2 June 2025. Instead of the traditional Record Date Confirmation required from depositary banks, the Company will now utilize the shareholder list from Nasdaq CSD as of 19 May 2025. This change simplifies the process, requiring shareholders only to submit a completed Attendance, Proxy, and Voting Form by 26 May 2025.
The General Meeting's schedule remains unchanged. Stakeholders can access further information on Eleving's website. The company encourages shareholders with questions regarding participation to contact them directly via email. This announcement complements the previously issued Convening Notice from 2 May 2025 and details remain consistent unless stated otherwise.
