Elis Announces Share Buyback Activity from September 15 to 19, 2025
On September 23, 2025, Elis reported its share buyback transactions conducted between September 15 and September 19, following the buyback program approved by its General Shareholders' Meeting on May 22, 2025. The transactions involved a total of 167,469 shares, achieved at an average weighted price of 23.7658 euros per share.
The acquired shares will serve two main purposes. Firstly, they will cover maturing performance share plans and facilitate the distribution of free shares to employees under the Elis for All 2025 employee shareholding initiative. Secondly, a portion of the shares is designated for cancellation in line with the company's strategic resolutions.
