Elis: Balance sheet of transactions in own shares
Elis has published the results of its share buybacks carried out between June 2 and 6, 2025. Under the program authorized at the shareholders' meeting on May 22, 2025, Elis acquired a total of 199,546 shares, at an average price of €23.5713 per share. The transactions were carried out on various markets, including XPAR, DXE, TQE, and AQE.
These buybacks are intended to cover performance share plans, particularly within the framework of the Elis for All 2025 program. Furthermore, any surplus will be cancelled in accordance with the decision of the general meeting of May 22, 2025.
