Elis Expands in Germany with Adrett Acquisition
Elis, a global leader in circular services, announced its acquisition of Adrett Textilservice GmbH, a laundry service provider in Germany. Adrett operates from Schuby, near the Danish border, serving the hospitality sector with rental services for flat linen. This acquisition is part of Elis' strategy to strengthen its network in the dynamic German market. Adrett employs approximately 140 people, who, along with the current management, will stay on to continue local business development.
The deal is set to consolidate Adrett's projected revenue of €12 million in 2025 into Elis' business accounts from January 2026. This move is expected to bolster Elis' presence in the region, leveraging Adrett’s position in the hospitality industry, which is seeing significant growth in Germany.
