Elis Expands Network with Acquisition of Muller in France
On December 3, 2025, Elis, a leader in circular services at work, announced the acquisition of Groupe JP Muller. Located near Basel, France, Muller operates a modern laundry facility with around 50 employees. The company's services include providing flat linen for hospitality and restaurant clients across the Grand-Est region of France and the Basel area in Switzerland.
The acquisition enhances Elis's presence in the region, with Muller generating an annual revenue of approximately 7 million euros. Muller’s financials will be integrated into Elis's statements starting December 1, 2025. This move is part of Elis's strategy to expand its network and strengthen its service offerings across the European market.
