Elis Reports Share Buyback Activity from June 9 to June 13, 2025
Elis, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/1052, disclosed its share buyback transactions conducted between June 9 and June 13, 2025. This activity follows the buyback program authorized by the 24th resolution of the General Shareholders' Meeting on May 22, 2025, and initially announced on March 6, 2025.
During the specified period, Elis purchased a total of 73,696 shares. The average price per share stood at 23.5834 euros. The purchases were made across different trading platforms including XPAR and DXE.
The primary goals for these repurchases are to cover maturing performance share plans, allocate free shares to employees under the Elis for All 2025 plan, and potentially cancel shares according to the 26th resolution of the General Meeting.
