Elis: Update on the conversion ratio of the 2029 OCEANE bonds
On May 27, 2026, Elis announced an adjustment to the conversion ratio of its bonds convertible or exchangeable into new or existing shares, known as OCEANE 2029. The ratio will change from 6,146.2538 to 6,256.8564 ordinary shares per bond, effective May 28, 2026. This adjustment follows the payment of a dividend of €0.48 per share, consisting of a distribution of reserves and a dividend. The distribution was approved by the shareholders' general meeting on May 21, 2026. This measure is in accordance with the Terms and Conditions established in September 2022 and reflects Articles 2.6.B.4 and 2.6.B.10 of the OCEANE 2029.
