Elmos Semiconductor SE Announces Supervisory Board Transition
Elmos Semiconductor SE has announced a leadership transition on its Supervisory Board. Founders Prof. Dr. Günter Zimmer and Dr. Klaus Weyer are set to step down on December 31, 2026. Dr. Hans Diekmann and Dr. Christian Klaiber will be elected to the board at an extraordinary meeting on August 18, 2026, assuming their roles on January 1, 2027.
Dr. Diekmann, a partner at A&O Shearman, brings expertise in corporate and capital markets law. Dr. Klaiber, managing director of a single-family office, offers experience in finance and sustainable corporate development. Proposed member, Philipp Halbach, is noted for his work in medical technology and security printing.
This transition aims to blend extensive industry expertise with corporate governance experience, facilitating Elmos' long-term growth. The company will inform shareholders via its website ahead of the August meeting.
