Elmos Semiconductor SE Approves 1.00 Euro Dividend per Share

Elmos Semiconductor SE announced that its Annual General Meeting endorsed a dividend of 1.00 Euro per share for the fiscal year 2024. This represents an increase of 17.6% from the previous year. The announcement was made at the virtual meeting held on May 15, 2025, where over 84% of voting rights were represented, and all agenda items received strong support.

CEO Dr. Arne Schneider highlighted key achievements including the company's 40th anniversary, its transformation into a fabless company, and strategic developments in the structure of the Elmos Group. He stressed the company's role in the growth of the automotive semiconductor market, driven by the digitalization of vehicle systems.

Financial results for Q1 2025 were also presented, affirming the current year’s guidance. The dividend is scheduled for distribution on May 20, 2025.
