Emeis becomes a Mission-Driven Company after its 2025 General Meeting

At its General Meeting on June 26, 2025, EMEIS adopted the status of a Mission-Driven Company. This change was approved by the required majority of shareholders. EMEIS has defined four major commitments to guide its mission: social inclusion of the most vulnerable, recognition of healthcare professions, contribution to social cohesion, and environmentally friendly innovation. Guillaume Pepy, Chairman of the Board, and Laurent Guillot, CEO, expressed their pride and determination for this new step.

The General Meeting's resolutions also covered the approval of the 2024 financial statements, the remuneration policy, and statutory amendments. An independent mission committee, chaired by Professor Didier Pittet, will be responsible for monitoring these commitments.
