Update of EMEIS voting rights and capital as of July 31, 2025

On August 7, 2025, EMEIS announced the composition of its share capital as of July 31. The number of shares constituting the outstanding capital stands at 161,440,050. The total gross voting rights amount to 161,440,338, while those exercisable reach 161,291,949. Gross voting rights include those linked to treasury shares or shares under liquidity contracts, in accordance with current legislation.

EMEIS's articles of association require notification to the company if the thresholds of 1% of the capital or voting rights, or any multiple thereof, up to 50%, are crossed. This obligation applies to both increases and decreases, by registered letter.
