EMOVA GROUP launches a capital increase of €8 million

EMOVA GROUP announces a capital increase with shareholders' preferential subscription rights (DPS), aimed at raising up to €8 million. This operation results in the issuance of 13,333,333 new shares at a unit price of €0.60, an offer available from July 31 to August 28, 2025.

The core shareholders have already subscribed to 75% of the transaction, ensuring a solid base of support. This contribution will serve to strengthen EMOVA's leading position in the French flower market through the opening of new stores and the development of digital services.
