Kevin Devlin Takes Helm as Chairman of ENCAVIS Supervisory Board
Kevin Devlin has been appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Encavis AG, effective August 1, 2025. Devlin was elected at the recent Annual General Meeting, succeeding Dr. Johannes Teyssen, who served on an interim basis during the company's transition after its acquisition by a KKR-led consortium.
Dr. Teyssen facilitated the transition following Encavis’ delisting, ensuring stability until new board members could be appointed. He remains on the Board as Deputy Chairman. Kevin Devlin brings extensive leadership in renewable energy markets, set to steer Encavis toward sustainable growth.
CEO Mario Schirru expressed gratitude to Dr. Teyssen and welcomed Devlin's leadership. This transition supports Encavis' strategic growth, reflecting its partnership with KKR established in 2024.
