Change in governance at DUBUIT Inks
DUBUIT Inks, a manufacturer of printing inks, has officially announced its governance change, effective June 15, 2026. The General Meeting approved the transition to a Board of Directors. This change includes the appointment of the directors. The Board consists of Jean-Louis Dubuit, Pascal Quiry, Kha Dinh, Christophe Dubuit, Christine Bénard, and François Dubuit.
Following this meeting, Jean-Louis Dubuit was chosen as interim Chairman and CEO. As founder and key shareholder, his appointment aims to ensure strategic continuity until a new CEO is appointed.
