Implementation of a liquidity contract at ENCRES DUBUIT

ENCRES DUBUIT, specializing in inks for screen printing and printing, announces a liquidity contract with INVEST SECURITIES. This contract succeeds the one concluded with Gilbert Dupont, which ended on March 31, 2026. It complies with AMF regulations and the AMAFI charter, aiming to improve the liquidity of transactions on Euronext Growth Paris.

For this new contract, 1,590 shares and €12,770.81 have been allocated. By comparison, the initial contract in 2005 comprised 7,157 shares and €45,821.41. The last balance sheet from December 2025 indicated 1,956 shares and €1,847.48.

This contract may be suspended at the discretion of the AMF and Euronext or at the request of ENCRES DUBUIT. Termination requires three months' notice.
