Energiekontor AG Announces New Share Buyback Plan
On 3 July 2025, Energiekontor AG revealed its decision to initiate a fresh share buyback program. This plan was approved by the company's Management and Supervisory Boards. The previous buyback, conducted from 14 June 2024 to 4 April 2025, concluded based on a prior authorization.
The latest authorization, granted on 2 July 2025, allows the company to repurchase up to 80,000 treasury shares. The buyback will occur from 3 July 2025 until 30 June 2026, capped at 9 million euros. Shares will be acquired via the stock exchange, with Quirin Privatbank AG handling the process independently.
The purchase price for shares will align with the average closing price on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Acquired shares are intended for all lawful uses, and all transactions will be transparently published weekly on Energiekontor's website.
