Energiekontor AG Closes 2025 with Strong Performance and Forecast Confirmation

Energiekontor AG, a Bremen-based company specializing in wind and solar park development, reported a robust performance in 2025. The firm achieved significant project development and sales, maintaining its financial forecast of 30 to 40 million euros in earnings for 2025. The company successfully secured financial close for 14 projects, totaling over 350 megawatts, despite some projects not contributing financially until 2026 or later.

Noteworthy achievements include the Alpen-Bönninghardt wind park project and the opportunistic sale of an older wind park, effecting minor short-term capacity reductions. Expected capacity recovery is due to the new Oederquart park operation in early 2026. Energiekontor also signed contracts for the sale of two wind parks in Germany, marking a record 209 megawatts from seven projects sold in 2025.

CEO Peter Szabo highlighted the strong operational momentum and expressed gratitude to stakeholders. The firm remains optimistic about future earnings and portfolio expansion.
