Energiekontor AG Financially Secures Kolitzheim-Herlheim Solar Project
Energiekontor AG, a key player in Germany's renewable energy sector, has announced the financial closure of its Kolitzheim-Herlheim solar project. Located in Bavaria, this solar park will boast an installed capacity of approximately 11 megawatts. Its financing is now secured, allowing construction to commence.
Strategic moves include a 10-year power purchase agreement with EHA to supply electricity to dm stores, ensuring long-term energy marketing without government subsidies. Energiekontor's CEO, Peter Szabo, emphasized the company's ongoing momentum in expanding its project portfolio, currently consisting of 20 projects under construction with a combined capacity of 609 megawatts.
With successful project portfolios and ongoing developments in wind and solar parks, Energiekontor continues to strengthen its position in renewable energy, forecasting additional earnings from German projects.
