Energiekontor AG Increases Earnings Forecast for 2024
Energiekontor AG, based in Bremen, Germany, has adjusted its earnings forecast for the 2024 financial year. The company now projects consolidated earnings before taxes (EBT) to be between 34 and 37 million euros, up from a previous estimate of 23 to 27 million euros. This change is attributed to positive one-off effects that were realized after the reporting date of December 31, 2024.
These one-off effects are primarily linked to receivables related to compensation for loss of earnings at several wind parks across Germany. While the auditing for the 2024 financial year is not yet complete, the company is confident in its revised estimates. The forthcoming publication of audited financial results is scheduled for March 28, 2025.
