Consolidation of Shares at Energisme

Energisme has announced a share consolidation at a ratio of 1 new share for every 1,000 old shares. This process will begin on August 10, 2026, and end on September 9, 2026. Nearly 2.73 billion shares are involved, reduced to 2.73 million after the consolidation.

The new shares, identified by the ISIN code FR001401A702, will be available from September 14, 2026 on Euronext Growth in Paris. Shareholders will automatically receive one new share for every 1,000 old shares.

This consolidation will not affect the value of the shares held, except for shareholders with fractional shares, which they must either buy or sell before the deadline. After this period, the fractional shares will be sold on the stock exchange and the proceeds distributed. The transactions will take place on Euronext Paris.
