ENERGY: Growth and Improved Profitability by 2025
Energisme has published significantly improved annual results for 2025, marked by an 11% increase in revenue, reaching €5,202,000. Consolidated EBITDA rose by €1,385,000 compared to the previous year, highlighting the effectiveness of the cost-saving measures implemented. The subsidiary ECO-HUB recorded a positive EBITDA of €665,000, while Loamics showed a marked improvement in its EBITDA thanks to initial revenues of €685,000.
In addition to these results, Energisme's financial structure was strengthened at the end of 2025 with a €5.5 million fundraising round in early 2026, allowing the company to stabilize its equity. Energisme is now focusing its efforts on maximizing the value of its assets, with new opportunities emerging for its subsidiaries, particularly Loamics in the healthcare data sector.
