Entech Energy & Services accelerates with the acquisition of photovoltaic projects

Entech Energy & Services, a specialist in renewable energy storage and management, has acquired a portfolio of 41 ground-mounted photovoltaic power plant projects from TotalEnergies Renouvelables France. These projects, with a total capacity of 159 MWp, are located in 30 departments across France. The development stages vary between the projects, with some ready for construction with permits in place, while others are currently under review or being prepared for review.

This acquisition follows a €15 million fundraising round and follows another 100 MWp acquisition earlier in 2025. The leaders of each entity highlighted the fruitful cooperation between Entech and TotalEnergies. This transaction reinforces Entech's commitment to the development of photovoltaic and storage projects, aiming to reach a fleet of 350 MW by 2029.
