Entreparticuliers initiates a €1.5 million fundraising round for Ethereum

As part of its Ethereum Treasury Company strategy, Entreparticuliers announces a €1.5 million capital increase. This transaction, approved by the general shareholders' meeting, is intended to finance the acquisition of Ether crypto-assets. The shares issued will be sold at €5, with one Share Subscription Warrant allocated to each new share. The exercise price is set at €10, with an expiration date of December 31, 2025.

The transaction results in dilution for shareholders. Those holding 1% of the capital will see their stake reduced to 0.92%, or 0.86% if all warrants are exercised. Other financing transactions are currently under consideration.
