Ethero: 2025 Financial Results and Strategic Transition
Ethero has published its results for fiscal year 2025, marking a major transition year. Revenue reached €525.4K, down 15% compared to 2024. Operating income fell to -€411.1K, primarily due to costs related to the transition to the Ethereum Treasury Company.
The financial result was -€713.4K, impacted by the depreciation of the ETH reserve due to market volatility. Cash stood at €8,503K, with 3,230 ETH in reserve.
Total debt amounts to €6,829,000, including €4,937,000 in bond loans redeemable in shares.
For 2026, Ethero plans to acquire ETH depending on market conditions and is seeking opportunities in line with its new strategy focused on Ethereum and decentralized finance.
