EON Resources Inc. Schedules Call on South Justis Field Acquisition

EON Resources Inc., an independent upstream energy company, will hold a conference call on June 26, 2025. The call will cover the recent acquisition of the South Justis Field located in the Permian Basin, Lea County, New Mexico. EON Energy, LLC, a subsidiary, acquired a 94% working interest in the field from WPP NM, L.L.C., and Northwest Central, L.L.C. The transaction, effective June 1, 2025, was completed through an exchange of 1.0 million Class A common shares with no cash or debt involved.

The South Justis Field currently produces 108 barrels of oil per day from 19 active wells, contributing to an estimated $1.2 million in annual net cash flow. The deal will potentially increase the company’s financial growth with minimal impact on general and administrative costs. The property comprises 5,360 leasehold acres with 208 wells in total.
