EPH Group AG Announces Executive Board Changes

EPH Group AG has extended the contract of CEO Alexander Lühr until April 1, 2027. This decision was made during a Supervisory Board meeting in Vienna. Alongside this extension, the company has appointed Yasmin Wilfling to the Executive Board, starting May 1, 2026. Her term will last two years.

Ms. Wilfling, 37, brings legal expertise, holding degrees from the University of Salzburg and the University of Vienna. She previously worked in a real estate firm focusing on parking facilities. Her responsibilities at EPH will include finance, accounting, taxes, legal aspects, human resources, and public relations.

CEO Alexander Lühr will continue to oversee business development, project development, marketing, sales, investor relations, and IT from May 1, 2026.
