EPIC Suisse AG Reports Strong First Half of 2026 with Significant Disposal Gains
EPIC Suisse AG has announced robust operational results for the first half of 2026, highlighted by a 4.0% increase in rental income, reaching CHF 34.7 million. A crucial factor behind this growth is the commercialisation of former development projects PULSE and Campus Léman - Building C, now contributing to the income stream.
The company reported a reduction in the adjusted vacancy rate to 2.9%, which excludes strategic vacancies in new investments. Significant gains were realised from the sale of the Vennes III property, resulting in a CHF 9.4 million revaluation gain. Net unrealised revaluation gains remained stable at CHF 13.8 million.
The EBITDA, including property revaluations, saw a significant rise to CHF 51.4 million, reflecting a strong operational basis. With a real estate portfolio valued at CHF 1,665.7 million and an equity ratio increased to 54.4%, EPIC Suisse maintains solid financial stability.
