Eramet's Half-Year Review of Liquidity Contract

On August 28, 2026, Eramet announced the half-year results of its liquidity contract with BNP Paribas. As of June 30, 2026, the liquidity account held 74,561 Eramet shares and €3,865,607. During the first half of 2026, 212,041 shares were purchased for €12,641,484, while 218,873 shares were sold for €13,558,154.

For comparison, as of December 31, 2025, the liquidity account held 84,302 shares and €2,741,033. During the second half of 2025, 140,206 shares were purchased for €7,512,148, and 155,459 shares were sold for €8,429,813. As of July 1, 2021, in accordance with AMF Regulation No. 2021-01, the account held 71,961 shares and €3,265,802.
