Laetitia Brun Appointed Chief Human Resources Officer at Eramet

Eramet has announced the appointment of Laetitia Brun as the new Chief Human Resources Officer, effective February 9, 2026. With this new role, she will join the Executive Committee. Brun will succeed Anne-Marie Le Maignan, who is retiring after 22 years of service in the company's transformation into a mining and metals powerhouse.

Laetitia Brun brings over two decades of international HR leadership experience. Her previous roles include Group Chief HR Officer at Seqens and various HR positions at Rhodia, Solvay, Winoa, and Getlink. Her expertise spans diverse industries, including chemicals and transportation. Throughout her career, Brun has led significant transformation programs and developed HR strategies across multicultural organizations.
