Ernst Russ AG Revises 2026 Financial Forecast

On September 9, 2026, Ernst Russ AG announced an adjustment to its financial forecast for the full year. The Executive Board now expects an operating result (EBIT) between EUR 55 and 65 million, an increase from the previous range of EUR 45 to 55 million. The revenue forecast is slightly adjusted to a range of EUR 150 to 160 million, compared to the previous range of EUR 145 to 160 million.

The EBIT adjustment is largely due to the sale of the 1,710 TEU container vessel, MV "EF Emma", built in 2008. The revised revenue forecast arises from concluded charter agreements. The positive business performance and fleet utilization of around 97% support this outlook. The economic environment remains unchanged, with an assumed average USD/EUR rate of 1.18. Future vessel sales are not considered in this forecast.
